Refund policy
Barely Minimum offers shipping across India. All orders are processed and dispatched within standard timelines, and are typically delivered within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch. For metro-to-metro locations, delivery is generally completed within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking link will be shared with you to monitor the delivery status in real time. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier service disruptions, weather conditions, public holidays, or regional restrictions.
Returns & Refunds Policy
At Barely Minimum, we follow strict quality control measures to ensure that every product delivered meets our standards. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions: the product received is damaged, an incorrect item has been delivered, or there is a mismatch in the quantity of items received. To initiate a return, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, along with relevant proof such as images or videos. All returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact, failing which the return request may not be approved.
Refund Options
Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, customers may choose between a refund to the original payment method or store credit for future purchases. Refunds and store credits are processed within a reasonable timeframe after approval. Barely Minimum reserves the right to decline refunds if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances: incorrect size selection, change of mind after purchase, or products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery. We strongly recommend reviewing product details, sizing information, and order summaries carefully before completing your purchase.
